The Underground Storage Tank Site Mitigation List, dated April 3, 2006 and the LOP/Non-LOP 31 Sites Sites list, not dated, were reviewed at the EHD on February 5, 2009. No listed sites were found within one-quarter mile of the subject project. (3.2-3/f9 3.1.3 San Joaquin Count)LOffice of Emergency Services The San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services (OES) website? was searched on January ( J 29, 2009 in an attempt to determine whether a hazardous materials inventory is on file for the subject property. No records were found for the subject property. 61121-3-� 3.1.4 San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's OfFiceB was contacted regarding use of 67, agricultural chemicals on the subject property. Hazel Gallego of the Agricultural Commissioner's office found records for the subject property under the name of J & A Solari. According to Ms. Gallego, when a chemical for which a permit has been issued is applied to a field, the use report must be filed with the Agricultural Commissioner. The use reports do not include chemicals for which a permit is not required.) Ms. Gallego located restricted materials permits for the years 2004 and 2005 however, only one ` use report dated 2004 was available for the subject property. The use report indicated Ethrel containing ethephon was applied to the property. The EPA's Restricted Use Products (RUP) Report10 was searched for the chemical ethephon. Based on this source, it appears ethephon has not been listed as an RUP. No other permits or use reports were located for the subject property. Copies of the agricultural records are included in Appendix E. 3.1.5 Water Supgly and Sewage Disposal System One domestic well and one agricultural well are located on the subject property. The EHD well and septic permit files were searched on February 5, 2009 in an effort to obtain copies of permits for any water wells or septic tanks on the subject property. One domestic (� well permit and one onsite waste water treatment permit were obtained from EHD.
