SETBACKS: Recreational vehicle sites and off-street parking spaces shall not be located within <br /> the setback areas required for main buildings in the zone in which the recreational vehicle park is <br /> located, with the following exception: <br /> (1) The setback for recreational vehicle sites, parking spaces, and buildings in yards abutting the <br /> pond may be reduced to five feet. UNIFORM FIRE CODE The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance Code <br /> requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal <br /> to the Community Development Department for a building permit: <br /> (1) Fire hydrants shall be supplied in accordance with Appendix III-A and III-B of the Uniform Fire <br /> Code. <br /> (2) Fire department access roads shall be in accordance with Section 902.2 of the California Fire <br /> Code and the standards adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs Association. <br /> (3) Key Boxes: A Knox box shall be installed according to the local fire department's instructions. <br /> (4) Fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with California Fire Code, Standard 10-1 of <br /> Volume 2. <br /> (5) Fire permits may be required prior to occupancy to conduct operations hazardous to life or <br /> property. (C.F.C. Section 105.2.1) <br /> (6) On site fire hydrants will be required per Appendix it-A and I11-B of the CFC. <br /> k <br /> 2.
