Submit four sets of detailed underground storage tank plans to the Environmental Health <br /> Department for review and approval prior to beginning construction. <br /> c. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a'sandloil separator and discharged to <br /> an above-ground system approved by the Environmental Health Department. A registered <br /> engineer must design this system. The material collected in the above-ground holding system <br /> must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to disposal. Specific-test requirements may be <br /> obtained from the Environmental Health Department. A$178.00 plan check fee is required at the <br /> time of submittal. <br /> d.
