We advised them that it is essential to complete <br /> and submit the application with a detailed site plan for WID to review. In our 1994 <br /> Agreement with Flag City, L.P., landscape, pavement and curbing areas are allowed. <br /> However, all project features that would encroach upon W.I.D.'s right-of-way are <br /> subject to W.I.D.`s Encroachment Policy and must be detailed in the application. <br /> As we have not heard from them, we are recommending that a Use Permit not be <br /> granted until QPM has met their requirements with , .D. ey s ou o assume an <br /> Enroachment Permit will be granted until we have carefully reviewed their plans. <br /> If you have any questions or need further information, please contact our office at <br /> (209) 369-6808.
