April 18, 2005
NOA Project Number: E05008B
7.0 -CONCLUSIONS T
In summary, satisfactory percolation rates of the soil were achieved in the proposed septic disposal
Fjareas of five of the'seven parcels. The proposed Parcels 1 and 2 appear suitable for a standard septic
system.
The proposed Parcels 3 and 4 appear suitable for an engineered septic system. We recommend a
Civil Engineer prepare a septic system design for Parcels 3 and 4 unless additional percolation
testing on the Parcel indicates a satisfactory rate is achieved and approved by the EHD. Our office
has be contracted by the client-to prepare engineered se tics stem designs for Parcels 3 ander 4. They
will follow this reportshortly.. . .
No ground water was encountered in any of the borings drilled on the property. No well was
available to test for`nitrate and DBCP.
F1
8.0 _ LIMITATIONS
The conclusions of this report are based on the information provided regarding the existing and
proposed development, the use of the subject property;and the site conditions as they existed at the
time we excavated our test holes and performed the percolation tests. It was assumed that the test
holes and percolation test results are'representative-of the subsurface conditions in the general area.
+ Our.professional services were performed, our findings obtained, and our conclusions proposed in
accordance with generally accepted engineering principles and practices. This warranty is in lieu of
01 all other warranties either expressed or implied.
