Banta Road APN: 250-220-02 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Banta Road has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 50 feet. <br /> The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required when parcels are developed.
