(1) The homesite shall not be transferred until June 16, 2023, or upon the death of an owner owning at least fifty (50) percent interest in the homesite parcel, unless the homesite parcel and the remainder parcel are merged pursuant to the provisions of the Development Title. (2) The property shown on the Parcel Map is restricted from further subdivisions for homesite purposes, except for financing only, by Section 9-610.3 of the San Joaquin County Development Title. g. NOISE: If noise sensitive development is proposed within 218 feet from the edge of the Union Pacific Railroad along the westerly portion of Parcel 2 and the Designated Remainder, then a noise study shall be required prior to noise sensitive development and construction must comply with recommended mitigation measures to achieve compliance with the standards specified in Table 9- 1025.9.
