7.5 National Pipeline Mapping System Database <br /> Live Oak reviewed the National Pipeline Mapping System (NPMS) database on <br /> November 16, 2012 for evidence of hazardous materials pipelines within one-quarter <br /> mile of the Site. One hazardous liquid pipeline was identified along the Southern Pacific <br /> Railroad tracks approximately 250 feet northeast of the Site. The pipeline is in service, <br /> operated by SFPP, and contains "multi-products," according to the NPMS.
