It is located at 7066 and 6900 South
Mobley Road and 6998 South Bartolomei Road, Stockton, California; the San Joaquin
County Community Development Department lists the additional addresses of 7090 and
7078 South Mobley Road as well. The Site is open agricultural land with a house,
mobile home, two shops, and two sheds. A domestic well and three irrigation wells
provide water to the Site (Plate 3).
The elevation of the Site, according to a United States Geological Survey topographic
map, is approximately 87 to 95 feet above mean sea level (Plate 4). The Site is
relatively flat.
The San Joaquin County Community Development Department web site states that the
Site is zoned AG-40, general agriculture with a minimum parcel size of 40 acres. This
zoning designation "is established to preserve agricultural lands for the continuation of
commercial agricultural enterprises."
•
LOGE 1826 Page 1
