• Past Uses of the Site <br /> Based on information reviewed for the Surface & Subsurface Contamination Report <br /> (Live Oak, 2017), the Site has been used for agriculture since 1937 or earlier. <br /> According to Mr. Norman, the house on the Site dates to 1968, the small shop to the <br /> 1960s, the large shop to the late 1970s, and the mobile home to the late 1980s or early <br /> 1990s. The large shed on the Site, as well as a former house and barns, appear to date <br /> to 1937 or earlier. A second mobile home was located on the Site from 1963 or earlier <br /> though the early 2000s. <br /> Existing and Proposed Septic Tank Usage <br /> Existing Septic System <br /> Two septic systems are currently located on the Site, one for the house and one for the <br /> mobile home. <br /> Proposed Septic System <br /> No new construction is planned. <br /> On-Site Septic Permit History <br /> • Live Oak searched the septic system permits on file at the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department; four septic permits were identified for the Site <br /> addresses. <br /> • August 1968 permit for new septic system at house. The system utilized a <br /> 1,200-gallon septic tank, two 75-foot leach lines, and two 25-foot deep by 33-inch <br /> diameter seepage pits (7066 S. Mobley). <br /> • March 1976 permit for addition to existing septic system at mobile home (former <br /> mobile home location). The permit indicates that 40 feet of leach line and a 25- <br /> foot deep by 33-inch diameter seepage pit were added to the system (7066 S. <br /> Mobley). <br /> • July 1993 permit for new septic system at mobile home (current location). The <br /> system utilized a 1200-gallon tank, two 40-foot leach lines, and two 25-foot deep <br /> by 36-inch diameter seepage pits (7066 S. Mobley). <br /> • March 2003 permit for addition of one 40-foot leach line and one 25-foot deep by <br /> 36-inch diameter seepage pit to existing septic system at house (7066 S. <br /> Mobley). <br /> These permits are included in Appendix 4 of this report. <br /> • <br /> LOGE 1826 Page 2 <br />
