If engineering plans or drawings will be part of your <br /> permit application,they should be prepared in both metric and standard units. <br /> d. Caltrans requires the following in order to review and issue a potential Encroachment Permit for this <br /> proposal: <br /> (1) Site plans clearly delineating the proposed project's distance from the centerline of State Route <br /> 88,to include Caltrans' right-of-way. <br /> (2) Parcel map displaying existing encroachments to and across from the proposed project. <br /> (3) A complete set of drainage plans to verify that storm and non-storm water discharges will remain <br /> on the site and not affect State Route 88. <br /> (4) Caltrans has commercial standards for driveways serving a commercial use with direct access <br /> onto state highways. Any new driveways as well as existing driveways shall be built or upgraded <br /> to current state standards. Where applicable, any sidewalks,curb and gutter, or ramp shall be in <br /> compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
