Mr. Justin Hess of the San`Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department {EHD) has requested an update and amendment to this original SSCR for these Projects. <br /> 3 The date of the originalSurface and Subsurface Contamination Report was December.12, 2002. - <br /> - A To conduct the update and amendment, both properties were walked and visually inspected. This <br /> procedure directly reveals any surface contamination; and indications of potential subsurface <br /> i a <br /> - ; contamination that may have happened since.our last inspection of the property on December 23, <br /> 2002. The following changes have occurred, along with associated observations: <br /> t 1. The CVRWQCB Permitted Community.-Wastewater Package Treatment Plant_has been installed, <br /> E along with the associated monitoring.wells on the PA=04=228 property. There is:a-mound of soil <br /> near the center of the subject property that originated from excavations to install underground <br /> pipelines; structures, etc.. This mound of soil exhibited'no outward signs of contamination.
