Other Requirements may also apply. These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. Submission of four (4) sets of detailed underground storage tank plans to the <br /> Environmental Health Division for review and approval prior to beginning <br /> construction. <br /> 2. Submit application for a hazardous waste permit to the Environmental Health <br /> Division. f <br /> 3. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator <br /> and discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental <br /> Health Division. This system must be designed by a registered engineer. The <br /> material collected in the above ground holding system must be analyzed for <br /> hazardous constituents prior to disposal. Specific test requirements may be <br /> obtained from the Environmental Health Division. A $156.00 plan check fee is <br /> required at the time of submittal. <br /> 4. If hazardous material is stored on site applicant must register with County Office <br /> of Emergency Services. <br /> 5. If hazardous waste is generated applicant must obtain a EPA identification number <br /> and comply with applicable regulations. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
