San Joaguin_County Agricultural Commissioners Report: The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office was requested to access their files and report on any recorded permit applications and product applications by the Soares family over the last five(5)years in Section 2, Township 2 South,Range 4 East,Mount Diablo Base and Meridian. Their report was transmitted by note and billing letter dated 4125102. The report contained sixty-six(66)product applications. Not all of the pages involved the subject property. The right to purchase different pesticides and herbicides were requested and involved a total of seventeen but only eight(8)were applicable to the subject property. No pesticides or herbicides applications were reported as having been applied on the subject property for the 1997, 1999, 2000 or 2001 years. Seventeen (17)chemical products were included in the permit applications to allow the purchase of them. These seventeen were to be applied at several locations 3 throughout the Tracy area separate and apart from the subject property of this report. Only eight(8)of the seventeen chemical products were applicable to the subject property of this report.
