The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's report shows that the i property owner has been complying with all rules and regulations for the appropriate and safe storage and use of chemicals in producing agricultural crops. This compliance should then not produce any excessive or detrimental concentrations on the subject property. Also no recorded failures of the septic system was evident or found to cause any problems of this type of contamination in this area of concern. Also there does not appear to have been any subsurface construction present or past, which would contribute to below ground contamination.
