The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's report shows that the <br /> i property owner has been complying with all rules and regulations for the appropriate and <br /> safe storage and use of chemicals in producing agricultural crops. This compliance <br /> should then not produce any excessive or detrimental concentrations on the subject <br /> property. <br /> Also no recorded failures of the septic system was evident or found to cause any <br /> problems of this type of contamination in this area of concern. <br /> Also there does not appear to have been any subsurface construction present or <br /> past, which would contribute to below ground contamination. <br /> Continuing the present conditions and use on the proposed two parcels is not <br /> expected to impact ground water nor cause other health hazards <br /> Walter E.
