width of Bill Road, shall be installed across the frontage of the project site along the <br /> 490 feet where the proposed facility will be located. Also a minimum ten (10)foot wide <br /> landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way width of State Route 99, shall be <br /> installed across the frontage 360 feet from the comer of Bill Road to the worship <br /> facility. (Development Title Section 9-1020.7) <br /> ii) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic <br /> and kept mowed and dust free. <br /> iii) The parking area shall be landscaped as specified in Section 9-1020.5 of the <br /> ' Development Title. The.parking area shall be provided with a minimum of five percent <br /> (5%) of landscaping within the perimeter of the parking area,'pot including landscaping <br /> along the street frontage. Twenty (20) trees shall be planted, evenly spaced <br /> throughout the parking lot. <br /> g) SIGNS: Sign details shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1710 of the Development Title and <br /> be included on the Site Plan. All portions of any sign shall be set back a minimum of five <br /> (5) feet from any future right-of-way line, including any corner cut-off (snipe). <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1710.2[g]) <br /> h) BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS: The following Uniform Building Code and San <br /> Joaquin County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the <br /> construction plans before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> i) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements (C.C.R., Title <br /> 24), and C.P.C.
