A qualified biologist should conduct surveys at <br /> the appropriate time of year to determine if listed species or wetlands occur in the <br /> project area. Surveys.should meet the state and federal protocol standards.. <br /> If right of way is being dedicated to Caltrans, the applicant is required to submit a copy <br /> of Attachment A., confirming that the land to.be dedicated to Caltrans is free of <br /> j hazardous waste..
