Anderson &Associates (NOA) has been retained by Paul Bowman of Cochran Properties to <br /> prepare a Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report for the property identified as APN 239-110-04, <br /> Bird Road,Tracy, California. <br /> This report has been prepared to meet the requirements of the San Joaquin County Development Tide, <br /> §9-905.12, as follows: <br /> A surface and subsurface contamination report shall be required at the time of the tentative map <br /> submittal. The surface and subsurface contamination report shall be prepared by a quaked <br /> entimnmentalprofessionalandshallidentif <br /> y anypotential source ofsurface or subsurface contamination <br /> caused by past or current land uses The report shall include evaluation of nonpoint source ofhazardous <br /> �- materials,including agricultural chemical residues,as well as potentialpoint sources,such asfuel storage <br /> tanks, septic systems, or chemical storage arras. <br /> The purpose of this Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report is to identify,to the extent feasible <br /> and based on the search methods described in the text, sources of surface or subsurface contamination <br /> to the subject property. The report also provides recommendations intended to inform the client and <br /> allow the EHD to make an informed decision on whether further action should be required to address <br /> any potential contamination sources identified.
