{ June 13,2006 <br /> l NOA Project Number: E06063A <br /> I' 3.1.2 Sart,Joaquin County Environmental Health Deparnnent <br /> l <br /> According to Diane Martinez of the EHD,no files were available for the subject property address of <br /> 25000 Bird Road.' <br /> t <br /> The Underground Storage Tank Site Mitigation List, dated April 3, 2006, and the LOP/Non-LOP Sites list, <br /> __ dated July 20, 2004,were reviewed at the EHD on May 23, 2006. No listed sites were found within <br /> one-quarter mile of the subject property. <br /> 3.1.3 San Joaquin County Office ofEmergency Services <br /> The San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services (OES)web site'was searched on May 25,2006 <br /> in an attempt to determine whether a hazardous materials inventory is on file for the subject property. <br /> No records were found for the subject property. <br /> F1According to Michelle Halliwell of the OES one incident report is on file at that agency for the subject <br /> property or properties within one-quarter mile.' July 10,2002,on the west side of southbound I-5,0.6 <br /> miles south of Kasson Road, 35-gallons of diesel fuel spilled into an irrigation ditch and sump. "Four <br /> 10'x 8"booms were placed around an irrigation sump to prevent diesel from spreading further into the <br /> irrigation system. Environmental Health on scene to oversee cleanup." <br /> Due to the date and cleanup procedures followed, the environmental impact to the subject property <br /> from this instance is expected to be minimal. <br /> FiThe incident report discussed has been included in Appendix F of this report. <br /> 3.1.4 San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner <br /> The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's offices was contacted regarding use of agricultural <br /> chemicals on the subject property. Hazel Gallego of the Agricultural Commissioner's office found <br /> records for the subject property under the name of Navarra Ranch (Appendix F).
