Surface&Subsurface Contamination Report Page 15 <br /> Sandhu Farms <br /> Project No. 655.1 <br /> August 15,2012 <br /> 3.3 State Well Records <br /> The State Division of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources maintains records of <br /> oil and gas drilling and production. Maps created by the agency indicate that an <br /> exploratory gas well was drilled on lot 2 of the Property. Documents specific to <br /> the well indicate a predecessor of Mobil Oil Company drilled it to a depth of 5003 <br /> feet in 1974. The well was a "dry hole" and was abandoned in accordance with <br /> procedures established by the agency. The documents are attaches as Appendix <br /> G. <br /> 3.4 Local Records Sources <br /> Five sources of information were accessed at the local level. Files from the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department, Agricultural Commission, <br /> Office of Emergency Services, and Assessor's Office were requested. Air photos <br /> were acquired at the San Joaquin County Public Works Department and <br /> TerraServer. <br /> County EHD Records <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department was contacted in <br /> writing to request access to records documenting environmental conditions on <br /> subject Property. On July 27, 2012, the clerk responsible for public file review <br /> requests indicated that no records associated with the Property had been <br /> located. <br /> San Joaquin County Assessor's Office <br /> The San Joaquin County Assessor's office, located at 44 N San Joaquin Street, <br /> Suite 230, in Stockton, CA was visited on July 11, 2012. The records contained <br /> information regarding current and former buildings on the Property as <br /> summarized in the following points. <br /> Parcel 239-190-11 <br /> • The building complex on what is now lot 3 was formerly the site or other <br /> buildings. It was formerly the site of a 1,100 square foot wood frame <br /> house constructed in 1915, and a second 720 square foot home <br /> constructed. In addition there was a Quonset building constructed in <br /> 1946.
