Surface &Subsurface Contamination Report Page 17 <br /> Saudhu Farms <br /> Project No. 656.1 <br /> August 15, 2012 <br /> The search did not identify that a "business plan" has been filed for the <br /> Property. <br /> Environmental Deed Restrictions <br /> It is common to check for the possible presence of environmental deed restrictions that might <br /> encumber a property, but in this case, such a report was not available. The fact that the <br /> Property is not listed in the LIEN or DEED databases in Appendix D, however, suggests <br /> such a restriction has not been imposed. <br /> 3.5 Historical Aerial Photo Review <br /> Local resources were used to study available aerial photographs. The San <br /> Joaquin County Department of Public Works, Survey Office located at 1810 East <br /> Hazelton Avenue was contacted to provide copies of aerial photographs covering <br /> the Property with flights dating back to 1937. Additional air photos were <br /> obtained from the San Joaquin County GIS system. Selected photographs were <br /> copied to include in this report (Appendix Q. <br /> EDR Sanborn was contacted to search for any available Sanborn fire insurance <br /> map that might cover the Property. The company reported that no such maps <br /> are available for this part of San Joaquin County. A letter to that effect is <br /> included in Appendix C. <br /> The following gives a summary of the information gathered from the review of <br /> the aerial photographs: <br /> 1937 Air Photo <br /> Property <br /> The Property is in agricultural use, apparently as pastureland. At building <br /> complex 1, the only structure is what may be a part of the existing barn/shop <br /> building (1) immediately south of the private road. Building site two appear to <br /> be the site of a barn and several sheds. <br /> Adjacent <br /> There are several buildings present at the corner of Bird Road and the private <br /> road, immediately west of the barn noted above. These are all apparently part of <br /> the same building complex. A road at the present location of I-5 is a small <br /> graveled country byway.
