It is generally not needed but is kept for emergency use in the event of <br /> an interruption in canal water flow. <br /> Adjacent Properties <br /> Adjacent Properties North <br /> A gravel access road marks the north line of the Property. On the opposite side <br /> is more agricultural Property including a farm building complex. <br /> Adjacent Properties South <br /> A Banta-Carbona irrigation ditch is near the south line of the Property, although <br /> it is actually slightly within the Property boundary.
