GEO-PHASE <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL <br /> REPORT <br /> Surface and Subsurface Contamination <br /> 26290 & 26500 Bird Road <br /> Tracy California <br /> (APN Nos.: 239-190-11, -24, -30&-32) <br /> GPE Project No. 655.1 <br /> August 15, 2012 <br /> EXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br /> Geo-Phase Environmental Inc. performed a Surface and Subsurface <br /> Contamination study of the subject property (hereinafter called the "Property'. <br /> The findings of the study are discussed below. <br /> Summary <br /> A summary of observations made during the study is outlined below: <br /> Property Description &Location <br /> The Property consists of two agricultural parcels and portions of two others that <br /> are contiguous, and have a total area of about 287 acres. The parcels are zoned <br /> AG-40. The Property occupies almost the entire south half of Section 31 of T2S, <br /> R6E, MDB&M. It is situated on the east side of Bird Road and is bounded by <br /> Bird Road to the west and 1-5 to the east. A private gravel road forms the north <br /> boundary and an irrigation ditch is near the south boundary. The Property is <br /> served by septic sewage systems, and a domestic water well situated a short <br /> distance off the Property, and a Banta Carbona Irrigation District lined <br /> irrigation ditch provides irrigation water. Stormwater is drained internally. <br /> Several pole-mounted utility transformers are located on the Property.
