Meetings- One staff level meeting to discuss County comments on the Administrative Final EIR TASK 5 REVISE ADMINISTRATIVE FINAL EIR / PREPARE FINAL EIR PMC will address comments from the County in the form of one. (1) consolidated set of comments contained in one (1) marked-up Administrative Final EIR. PMC will include all comment letters received on the Draft EIR, responses to all comments received regarding the F adequacy of the Draft EIR, and an errata section detailing any necessary revisions or minor edits to the Draft EIR. PMC will prepare, print, and deliver one hundred (100) copies of the Final EIR, plus one (1) copy on a CD ROM in PDF format complete with all the graphics. E � + The County is assumed to conduct local distribution including preparation of notices, mailing lists, and recordkeeping. This scope assumes that the County will have resolved any discrepancies or conflicts contained in the comments on the Administrative Final EIR. Requests to address comments beyond those in the single consolidated set, or more than one (1) round of responses to the �! County's comments are not assumed in this scope of work. Additional meetings will be handled on a time-and- materials basis per the current billing rates of the team participants. It is assumed that no more than two representatives of the team will be required for any given meeting, although technical support from other members may occasionally be necessary and has been budgeted for by our subconsultants. This task also includes project management efforts by PMC throughout preparation of the EIR.
