Ass MPTiONS UPON WHICH o o <br /> ° P The scope of work and cost provisions of this proposal are based upon several assumptions <br /> that are summarized below. PMC recognizes that these assumptions may be subject to <br /> change by the County during the course of the project. While such changes would not <br /> F1' necessarily result in modification of the scope or cost, PMC reserves the right to propose <br /> such modifications in the event of such changes. <br /> �1 SITE AND VICINITY ACCESS <br /> r Property owners must give access permission before any field review activities may begin. <br /> BUDGET <br /> The cost proposal will remain valid for six (6) months. <br /> The PMC Project Team has budgeted for two team members to attend up to nine (9). <br /> meetings, including public hearings. <br /> The County is responsible for all publishing and mailing costs for the dissemination of the <br /> Draft EIR and Final EIR. <br /> f. All work will be performed at a not to exceed contract price. <br /> } WORK SCOPE <br /> f PMC assumes that this is a Project-level EIR. <br /> The Project Description shall not be substantially changed once approved by the County. <br /> It is assumed that the project applicant will provide detailed information necessary for a <br /> thorough evaluation of the tentative map request as noted in the scope. In order to maintain <br /> [ the project schedule, this information must be available to the consulting team upon notice <br /> to proceed. <br /> F1 The scope of work assumes that there will be' only one (1) round of review of the <br /> Administrative Draft and one (1) round of review of the Administrative Final EIR by the <br /> f County. <br /> The <br /> County will provide PMC with one (1) copy of consolidated comments on these <br /> documents. <br /> The schedule for the completion of the Administrative Final EIR will be based on the receipt <br /> of a complete set of comment letters.- <br /> The estimate to prepare responses to comments on the Draft EIR assumes a moderate level of <br /> Fi, , <br /> effort as described in the scope of work.
