Melanie Halajian, AICP—Environmental Planner Ms. Halajian is a planner with 10 years experience in environmental impact assessment and CEQA/NEPA compliance. She has participated in the preparation of numerous environmental studies and impact reports. Her experience includes preparing environmental documents for. urban structures, rural subdivision projects, and infrastructure F' projects. She has extensive knowledge of visual, aesthetic, and land use issues. Ms. Halajian has worked on a diversity of projects throughout the state. She works effectively with agencies, jurisdictions, clients, subconsultants, and internal staff. P- . Kristin Maravilla, Environmental Planner' Ms. Maravilla brings a range of skills in support of PMC's planning and environmental group. 'She has recent experience with research and analysis in support of environmental document preparation and production. Her experience includes environmental review for several school projects in Tracy, planning for Novato Unified School District's Hamilton I Expansion and PBC Parcels 2 and 3 conveyance projects, the Placer County Northstar Highlands project, and environmental planning for the recently incorporated cities of Elk Grove. Ms Maravilla will serve as environmental planner in the preparation of the EIR and will be 'responsible for coordination with the project team and public agencies as well as preparatEon of various sections of the EIR. Mike Martin, Environmental Planner As an Environmental Planner, Mr. Martin will be involved in the day-to-day work effort for ' this project. As a project manager and environmental planner, Mr. Martin's responsibilities I include environmental, housing, and land use planning. Mr. Martin has over six years of ; experience in the planning and environmental field. He has experience with research, analysis ,and project management in support of environmental document preparation and production, as well as long-range planning experience with general/comprehensive plans, housing elements and design guidelines. Mr. Martin's experience also includes numerous EllInitial Studies, Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact reports at both project and program EIR level. Andrea Erichsen, Chief Biologist F1 Ms.-Erichsen is a biologist and eco toxicologist toxlcologlst with experience designing, conducting, and analyzing field and laboratory research projects. She currently prepares Environmental Impact Reports and other environmental documents in compliance with the CEQA and NEPA. She also possesses University-level teaching experience in diverse areas of ecology and developmental biology and has gained recent experience working on wetland restoration projects, flood plain projects, and programmatic Environmental Impact Reports. Ms. Erichsen will perform a peer review of the Biological Assessment prepared on behalf of the project applicant and will prepare the.biological resources section of the EIR.
