She has participated in the preparation of numerous <br /> environmental studies and impact reports. Her experience includes preparing <br /> environmental documents for. urban structures, rural subdivision projects, and infrastructure <br /> F' projects. She has extensive knowledge of visual, aesthetic, and land use issues. Ms. <br /> Halajian has worked on a diversity of projects throughout the state. She works effectively <br /> with agencies, jurisdictions, clients, subconsultants, and internal staff. <br /> P- . <br /> Kristin Maravilla, Environmental Planner' <br /> Ms. Maravilla brings a range of skills in support of PMC's planning and environmental <br /> group. 'She has recent experience with research and analysis in support of environmental <br /> document preparation and production. Her experience includes environmental review for <br /> several school projects in Tracy, planning for Novato Unified School District's Hamilton I <br /> Expansion and PBC Parcels 2 and 3 conveyance projects, the Placer County Northstar <br /> Highlands project, and environmental planning for the recently incorporated cities of Elk <br /> Grove. Ms Maravilla will serve as environmental planner in the preparation of the EIR and <br /> will be 'responsible for coordination with the project team and public agencies as well as <br /> preparatEon of various sections of the EIR. <br /> Mike Martin, Environmental Planner <br /> As an Environmental Planner, Mr. Martin will be involved in the day-to-day work effort for ' <br /> this project. As a project manager and environmental planner, Mr. Martin's responsibilities <br /> I <br /> include environmental, housing, and land use planning. Mr. Martin has over six years of ; <br /> experience in the planning and environmental field. He has experience with research, <br /> analysis ,and project management in support of environmental document preparation and <br /> production, as well as long-range planning experience with general/comprehensive plans, <br /> housing elements and design guidelines. Mr. Martin's experience also includes numerous <br /> EllInitial Studies, Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact reports at both project and <br /> program EIR level. <br /> Andrea Erichsen, Chief Biologist <br /> F1 <br /> Ms.-Erichsen is a biologist and eco <br /> toxicologist toxlcologlst with experience designing, conducting, and <br /> analyzing field and laboratory research projects. She currently prepares Environmental <br /> Impact Reports and other environmental documents in compliance with the CEQA and <br /> NEPA. She also possesses University-level teaching experience in diverse areas of ecology <br /> and developmental biology and has gained recent experience working on wetland <br /> restoration projects, flood plain projects, and programmatic Environmental Impact Reports. <br /> Ms. Erichsen will perform a peer review of the Biological Assessment prepared on behalf of <br /> the project applicant and will prepare the.biological resources section of the EIR. <br /> F <br /> San Joa uin Counj Communa Development Department <br /> F + ' r.
