The following is a list of PMC Project <br /> Team members. Resumes for each Project Team member are in Appendix A. <br /> Patrick'Angell, Project Director <br /> ' Mr. Angell is a senior associate with PMC, and serves as a project director and technical <br /> analyst for a variety of projects. He specializes in environmental and urban land use <br /> planning, and has-overseen environmental review for projects such as water and wastewater <br /> } facilities, energy facilities, flood control projects,'residential subdivisions, mixed use urban <br /> developments, and redevelopment plans. Mr. Angell's experience includes preparing urban <br /> land use and growth analysis, recreation and visual resource studies, public services <br />` - assessment, transportation and circulation studies, and cultural resource analysis. He has <br /> also been involved in the preparation of many CEQA and NEPA documents and technical <br /> studies for a broad range of project types. <br /> FMr. Angell will serve as the overall project director and, with Ms. Thompson, will represent <br /> pi <br /> PMC at meetings and oversee quality control of the analysis contained in the EIR, including <br /> both PMC staff and subconsultant work. <br /> F <br /> Beth Thompson, Project Manager <br /> As a Senior Planner, Ms. Thompson's responsibilities include contract services within client <br /> agencies, policy document preparation,. and environmental planning. Ms. Thompson has <br /> Fi managed preparation of a variety of environmental documents, including EIRs for resort <br /> development and residential subdivisions, numerous Mitigated Negative Declarations <br /> ranging frorn school facilities to wastewater treatment plants, and NEPA compliance for <br /> affordable housing projects. Ms. Thompson's contract work includes environmental <br /> planning for the City of Elk Grove from management and writing of environmental <br /> y documents to the oversight of the preparation of the Housing Element. Ms. Thompson's <br /> local experience includes work on environmental documentation for the wastewater <br /> treatment plant and several school sites in the Tracy area. She has experience dealing with <br /> Fdetailed technical issues, including groundwater and agricultural resources. <br /> Ms. Thompson will serve as the project manager and will represent PMC at meetings, make <br /> presentations, .and oversee document production and technical work performed by the <br /> project team. <br /> i <br /> IgnacioGonzalez, AICP—Senior Planner <br /> Mr. Gonzalez has over 18 years of experience in both current and long range planning and <br /> is currently providing staff support services to both the City of Fort Bragg and the Town of <br /> F, Hillsborough and the City of Walnut Creek, focusing on current planning and special <br /> projects. He brings particular expertise in the area of mining operations. He is currently <br /> provides`contract staff services to Solano County, serving as their SMARA Coordinator and <br /> F! was the' Lead Staff Planner for preparation and monitoring of the SMARA program in <br /> Mendocino County. Mr. Gonzales was the Project Manager for the Preparation of the <br /> Housing Element for the City of Willits and is currently working on the Mendocino County <br /> General Plan update. Mr. Gonzalez has worked for both cities and counties and brings a <br /> Elk <br /> San Joa uin Coun Communi Development Department <br />
