0 <br /> QUAWICATIONS <br /> t SCHOOLS <br /> I <br /> TRACY,,UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT—SITE ANALYSIS PROJECT <br /> The Tracy Unified School District (TUSD) is proposing the development of a 55-acre site for <br /> a school that can accommodate 1,045 students, grade 6-12, with the capacity to expand to <br /> k accommodate up to 2,400 students in the future. TUSD contracted with PMC to perform a <br /> site analysis of three potential sites for the planned school's location, in compliance with <br /> guidelines developed by the California Department of Education School Facilities Planning <br /> .Division (SFPD)'s School Site Selection and Approval Guide. PMC attended multiple <br /> meetings with TUSD, conducted site reconnaissance, and contacted City of Tracy and San <br /> Joaquin County personnel to gather information for site review and evaluation. PMC <br /> prepared a report of findings and recommendations, and presented those to the TUSD <br /> School Board. <br /> i MODESTO CITY SCHOOLS—ENOCHS HIGH SCHOOL EIR <br /> PMC prepared a Draft EIR for the construction of a new high school. The. new 70-acre <br /> campus will serve up to 2,400 students. The project includes a new library, classrooms, <br /> E�' <br /> gymnasium, cafeteria, outdoor physical education areas, maintenance facilities, and parking. <br /> Key environmental issues include traffic and circulation impacts to local City of Modesto <br /> streets, storm drainage, and compatibility with surrounding agricultural land uses. <br /> MODESTO CITY SCHOOLS—GREGORI HIGH SCHOOL EIR <br /> PMC is preparing a Draft EIR for the construction of a new high school. The 80-acre campus <br /> F will serve up to 2,400 students. The project includes a library/media.center, multipurpose <br /> building,' industrial technology center, administrative center and an outdoor football <br /> stadium.;Key environmental issues include provision of water, wastewater conveyance and <br /> J <br /> treatment, compatibility with surrounding agricultural and residential uses, and traffic and <br /> __. circulation. <br /> MODESTO CITY SCHOOLS—BRET HARTE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL EXPANSION <br /> MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br /> PMC is :working with the School District to complete an expanded Initial Study and <br /> Mitigated Negative Declaration for the expansion and renovation of the Bret Harte <br /> - Elementary School. The project proposes the acquisition of lands adjoining the School, <br /> construction of a new multipurpose room/cafeteria, construction of new classrooms, and <br /> } other renovations. <br /> TRACY UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT—CEQA COMPLIANCE <br /> PMC provided CEQA compliance for the site selection and development of four new <br /> elementary school sites. These projects were tiered off of previous CEQA documentation <br /> prepared,by PMC for the City's General Plan and MNDs for subdivisions generating the <br /> I demand for such new school sites.
