i <br /> i [QUA LIFICATIONS <br /> E. CITY OF TRACY/TRACY UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT—TRACY LEARNING CENTER EIR <br /> PMC .is.,preparing an EIR for TUSD for a new K-12 campus on a 62-acre project site. The <br /> F Tracy Learning Center will be developed as a magnet school, ultimately housing over 3,500 <br /> students. The campus will include a community library and senior center in recognition of a <br /> project partnership with the City of Tracy. Key environmental issues include land use, public <br /> k services, and provision of infrastructure. <br /> TURLOCK JOINT UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT—ALTERNATIVE HIGH SCHOOL <br /> I ADMINISTRATIVE DRAFT EIR <br /> PMC prepared the Administrative Draft EIR for a proposed alternative high school in western <br /> Turlock. The District originally proposed the construction of the facility on Dianne Drive, <br /> with adequate capacity for 240 students and 25 staff members. The proposed facility <br /> t included classrooms, laboratories, shops, library, multipurpose room, physical education <br /> facilities, and food service. Potential environmental issues included compatibility with <br /> adjacent land uses, traffic, noise, utilities and public services, and potential exposure to hazardous air emissions. The Administrative Draft EIR concluded that there would be a <br /> significant impact due to potential emissions from an adjacent food processing plant, which <br /> led the District to look for an alternative site. PMC has been retained to prepare the EIR for <br /> the alternative site. <br /> i <br /> CITY OF,TRACY—NEI RESERVOIR AND DISTRIBUTION FACILITIES <br /> Fi <br /> As part of our continuing service to the City, and in conjunction with West Yost Associates, <br /> PMC prepared an Expanded Initial Study/Negative Declaration for the development of a <br /> Fi' <br /> water storage reservoir and related transmission facilities to serve the 810-acre Northeast <br /> Industrial PUD project area. <br /> PCITY OFTRACY--MND FOR TRACY GROUNDWATER MANAGEMENT POLICY <br /> i <br /> PMC prepared a MND for the City of Tracy Groundwater Management Policy, which <br /> specified the City's intended maximum use of groundwater and programs to monitor <br /> groundwater conditions and quality. Key issues included groundwater resources and growth <br /> I inducement. <br /> F1. CITY OF TRACY—JOHN JONES WATER TREATMENT PLANT EXPANSION EIR { <br /> In conjunction with West Yost Associates, PMC prepared and managed the EIR for the <br /> expansion of the City's current John Jones Water Treatment Plant. The project involved the <br /> phased expansion of the existing 15 mgd plant to a maximum day design capacity of 45 <br /> mgd. Construction of new plant facilities, construction of expanded raw water infrastructure <br /> including a new turnout, pipeline, and pump station were also examined. Key issues <br /> included,Isourcing raw'water, water quality and biological resources.
