Environmental documentation performed on the project includes a Natural <br /> Environmental Study, 4f Evaluation, Negative Declaration, and cultural resources studies. <br /> ■ Nevada County, Dark Horse Golf Course and Residential Community EIR, Project Manager: Prior to <br /> PMC,Mr.Angell was the Project Manager for the Dark Horse Golf Course and Residential Community <br /> project.The Dark Horse Golf Course and Residential Community projectconsists of a planned residential <br /> development project of up to 320 residential lots, 18-hole golf course and permanent open space. The <br /> project would be served by a public water system and a community septic system onsite. Key <br /> environmental issues include consistency with the Nevada County General Plan,traffic,visual resources, <br /> water quality issues associated with the proposed community septic system,fire hazard and emergency <br /> access and biological resources. <br /> ■ City of Bakersfield,State Route 178 and Fairfax Road Interchange Project, Project Manager. The State <br /> F f Route 178 and Fairfax Road Interchange Project consists of improving the existing intersection to an <br /> interchange. The project is needed to improve operation of the intersection and safety. The analysis <br /> included an evaluation of air quality, noise,and biological impacts,as well as consideration of potential <br /> { contamination issues.' I <br /> ■ Solano County,Grizzly Island Road Bridge Replacement Project,Assistant Project Manager. Assisted <br /> in the preparation of Natural Environmental Study,4f Evaluation,and cultural resources studies required <br /> .: under NEPA,the Federal Endangered Species Act,Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act, <br /> and standards of the California Department of Transportation and the Federal Highway Administration. <br /> ■ Madera County, Gateway Village Project EIR, Assistant Project'Manager. Prior to joining PMC, Mr. <br /> a Angell was the assistant project manager for The Gateway Village Project consists of a planned <br /> development in the southeastern portion of Madera County near the San Joaquin River. Key <br /> environmental issues included loss-of agricultural resources,traffic, water supply and public services. <br /> Carmichael Water District Surface Water Supply Project EIRand Permitting,Assistant Project Manager. <br /> The Surface Water Supply Project consists of improvements to the District's water diversion and <br /> treatment facilities along the American River Parkway, an extensively used regional parkway. <br /> Responsible for analyses of land use, visual resources, and transportation sections of the EIR and s <br /> obtaining permits and approvals from Department of Fish and Game, State Reclamation Board, and <br /> Sacramento County..
