<br /> ■ Placer County, Northstar Highlands EIR. Project Manager for the program- and project-level
<br /> environmental review of the Northstar Highlands development, which proposed the planned
<br /> development of 326.2 acres within Northstar-at-Tahoe in the Martis Valley. The Highlands program
<br /> FJ included 1,450 residential units, a 255-room hotel, additional skier services, an outdoor
<br /> amphitheater, employee housing, ski and recreational trails, an intercept parking lot, maintenance
<br /> facilities, and supporting roadways and infrastructure. The Program-level EIR reviewed
<br /> F environmental impacts associated with the Highlands development as a whole. The Project-level
<br /> Fcomponent of the EIR reviewed the specific impacts associated with Phase 1. Environmental
<br /> concerns associated with this development included traffic impacts to internal Northstar-at-Tahoe
<br /> I roadways and SR 267, air quality and noise impacts associated with the proposed uses, potential
<br /> water quality impacts to West Martis Creek and its tributaries associated with the mountainside
<br /> development, impacts to special-status species, potential to impact known cultural resources

<br /> associated with historical timber production in the area, increased demand for public services, and
<br /> visual impacts.
<br /> ■ Placer County, Northstar Village EIR: Assistant Project Manager for the environmental review for
<br /> i. Northstar Village which proposed the intensification of retail, office, resort, and residential uses at the
<br /> existing Village-at-Northstar in Northstar-at-Tahoe. Northstar Village is located off of Northstar Drive
<br /> in the Martis Valley. The,project is located in close proximity to the Truckee River, which is a
<br /> �a
<br /> ' 303(d)-listed waterway.
<br /> Nevada County, Wolf Creek Ranch Estates EIR. Ms. Thompson served as an environmental planner
<br /> + for the Wolf Creek Ranch Estates Revised Draft EIR, which was updated to include five project
<br /> evaluated at a comparable level of detail as the proposed project and increased analysis for traffic,
<br /> hydrological, seismic, and public service impacts at the request of the County's Board of Supervisors.
<br /> h City 'of Elk Grove, Bell South Environmental Impact Report. Project Manager for reclamation of a
<br /> former fish hatchery site and its redevelopment with 96 single-family residences and six parcels with
<br /> a total of 51,500 square feet of commercial and retail use.
<br /> �i City of Sacramento, Park EI Camino Mitigated Negative Declaration. Project Manager for a highway
<br /> oriented commercial development project with office, motel, restaurant, and gas station uses.
<br /> City of Elk Grove, South Pointe EIR. Project Manager for environmental review of proposal to
<br /> develop 883 single-family residential uses, 212 multifamily residences, several park sites, and
<br /> supporting infrastructure on 200 acres.

<br /> Novato Unified School District, Development of PBC Parcels 2 and 3 Mitigated Negative
<br /> Declaration. Project Manager for the environmental review for development of two parcels
<br /> conveyed by the Department of the Navy to Novato Unified School District. Proposed uses included
<br /> construction of a charter school, parking facilities, and development of County offices.
<br /> Novato Unified School District, Hamilton Elementary School Expansion. Project Manager for a

<br /> Mitigated Negative Declaration for the expansion of the existing Hamilton and Meadowview
<br /> i elementary campuses to provide a multi-purpose gymnasium, additional classrooms, administrative 3
<br /> offices, recreation area, and redesigned parking and student drop-off facilities.
