While with Laurin Associates, served as Project <br /> Manager for the preparation of the City of Citrus Heights first Consolidated Plan (2000-2004) and <br /> 2000 Action Plan, including developing a housing needs assessment including homeless, disabled, <br /> Eli and other special needs, a community development needs assessment, strategic plan addressing the <br /> identified housing and community development needs, and strategies to address poverty, lead-based <br /> paint hazards, and develop a monitoring and institutional coordination program. <br /> Once the City received CDBG funds, Ms. Thompson set the City up in IDIS and created the City's <br /> I Housing Rehabilitation Program.
