Our project list includes Traffic Impact and Air <br /> Quality Studies, Traffic Operations and Safety studies and Infrastructure Design for projects <br /> Fi throughout a service area that ranges from Fresno to Redding and into Northern Nevada and <br /> Lake Tahoe. <br /> As a small engineering practice, we are acutely aware of the need to work closely with our <br /> clients to achieve optimal results in a timely manner. Our "personal scale" approach and <br /> low overhead has been appreciated by our clients, as is evident from the high percentage of <br /> Fi clients who are repeat customers. <br /> Our technical capabilities have also been recognized by the City of Sacramento <br /> F1Transportation. Division and Environmental Services Division, both of which have directly <br /> contracted with our firm for staff support services. Our direct involvement with the <br /> Transportation Division includes a contract to provide technical direction / assistance to City i <br /> Fillstaff during the preparation of in-house EIR level traffic studies. <br /> The firm currently includes six registered Professional Engineers, plus Drafting and Clerical <br /> support staff. Kenneth D. Anderson, P.E. is the firm's principal engineer. Since establishing <br /> the firm, Mr. Anderson has focused on analysis of projects in the Central Valley and Sierra <br /> Nevada Foothills. He has been responsible for addressing the impacts of major development j <br /> h proposals, including Community and Specific Plans. This work has included the Del Webb <br /> Sun -City - Roseville Community in Placer County, the Diablo Grande, Coffee / Claratina, <br /> North Beyer, Pelandale / Snyder and Eastgate Master Plan projects in Stanislaus County. In <br /> Yuba County, Mr. Anderson was consultant on the Yuba County General Plan Update and <br /> F directed our firm's involvement on General Plan Updates for the Cities of Los Banos and <br /> Corcoran. He was also responsible for the Circulation Element of the Sacramento Army <br /> �j Depot Reuse Plan EIR. <br /> � I` <br /> Prior to establishing his own practice, Mr. Anderson spent ten years with OMNI-MEANS, j <br /> Ltd.;- including five years as a Principal and Head of the Transportation Department in <br /> F1 Roseville. In that position he was the transportation consultant for dozens of Downtown <br /> Sacramento area traffic studies, including reports for the Sacramento Convention Center <br /> Expansion, Alhambra Boulevard Corridor, 111 Capitol Mail, State Archives Building and R <br /> Ft. Street Corridor EIR's. He was also responsible for many traffic studies completed under i <br /> contract to the Sacramento County Environmental Services Division. Outside of Sacramento <br /> Mr. Anderson directed such rural projects as the SR 108 / Old Wards, Ferry Road Interchange <br /> Study for Tuolumne County, the Sunrise Hills EIR in Sonora and the 1000 Hills Estates EIR in ' <br /> Calaveras County, as well as dozens of other smaller studies. <br /> Michael P.
