study for the DeWitt Center in Placer County and was responsible for DEIR analysis of the <br /> 24,000 acre River Highlands Community Plan in Yuba County, the 3,200 acre Walker Ranch <br /> Development in Plumas County, the 3,600 acre Cottonwood Creek Ranch in Tehama <br /> ' <br /> County, several studies on the SR 12/26 corridor in Calaveras County as well as the Sierra <br /> Nevada College Master Plan in Incline Village. In urban settings, Mr. Becker was responsible <br /> for our studies for the Target-Mervyn's Shopping Center in Modesto and the Sonora <br /> Crossroads Shopping Center in Sonora. Mr. Becker has also prepared PS&E for traffic signals . <br /> in Rocklin, Roseville, Modesto, Stockton, Placer County and Stanislaus County. <br /> Prior to joining our firm, Mr. Becker completed numerous traffic studies in Sacramento <br /> County, including the Antelope Station, Antelope Crossing, Larchmont / Antelope Hills, <br /> Strawberry Glen, Glencairn, Shadowbrook, and D & D Ranch projects. Her resume includes utilization of j <br /> the MINUTP model for such diverse projects as the 300,000 square foot Sonora Crossroads <br /> Shopping Center in Tuolumne County, the 1,200 acre Del Webb Community Specific Plan <br /> in Roseville, the Lincoln Crossing Specific Plan in Placer County and the Sierra Lakes Village <br /> _. Specific Plan, the River Highlands Community Plan and the General Plan Update in Yuba <br /> County. <br /> F! His experience includes various <br /> traffic signal design and timing projects in Northern California and Oregon. His resume -,.. <br /> includes the design and modification of eight traffic signals along SR 121/29 in conjunction <br /> withthe.Target Shopping Center in Napa and various other traffic signals and traffic studies <br /> throughout the Napa Valley. Mr. Flecker is currently working on traffic signal modifications <br /> for the Green Valley Business Center Park in Fairfield and roadway/traffic improvements <br /> F-II along East Street in Woodland.
