He <br /> has conducted Traffic Safety/Operational Studies for numerous cities and counties, as well as the Lake <br /> Mead National Recreation Area, <br /> Fi <br /> His background includes Regional Circulation Studies for many cities and counties, including General <br /> Plan Updates for Yuba County and for the cities of Corcoran, Ukiah, Lincoln, Los Banos and Galt, <br /> F1 California and the Logan, Utah Comprehensive Development Plan. He has also completed studies for <br /> numerous of specific plans,community plans and general plan amendments,including Sun City-Roseville. <br /> His resume includes Parking,Access and Internal Circulation Analyses for large development proposals, <br /> including the City of Sacramento and City of Las Vegas Convention Center Expansion. He has been <br /> responsible for preparing the Transportation/ Circulation Element of Environmental Impact Reports <br /> F-1 and Studies completed under State and Federal Guidelines for projects ranging from Ski Resort and Hotel <br /> Casino Expansions in the Lake Tahoe Basin to residential and commercial developments throughout the k <br /> Western United States.
