He. has 'been responsible for planning Highway and Interchange <br /> improvements such for SR 99 / Pelandale Road in Modesto, the SR 108 / Old Wards Ferry Interchange <br /> C area of Sonora, SR 49/McKnight Way in Grass Valley,Interstate 801 Sierra College Boulevard in Rocklin <br /> and the Sutter Creek Bypass on SR 49. He has also developed Transportation Management Plans <br /> (TMP's) for industrial, commercial and recreational developments to minimize travel demand and air <br /> quality impacts while maximizing the use of existing facilities. <br /> Over the years, Mr. Anderson has developed firm working relationships with various city, county and state <br /> Fi agencies. Those relationships,combined with familiarity with applicable standards,policies and precedents, <br /> have been used to complete and process Encroachment Permits and Project Reports. <br /> riPrior to founding kdANDERSON Transportation Engineers, Mr. Anderson was a principal and head of <br /> the Tremsportation Department at OMNI-MEANS, Ltd from 1985 to 1990.
