Mr. Ballanti has more than 24 ears experience as a <br /> Y p <br /> Fconsultant in the areas of air. pollution meteorology, air pollution impact analysis, air <br /> . quality planning, meteorological and climatic analysis and physical modeling in wind <br /> tunnels. Mr. Ballanti has M.S and B. S. degrees in meteorology from San Jose State <br /> University. <br /> Since establishing his own practice in 1977, Mr. Ballanti has prepared air quality, climate <br /> and wind impact analyses on more than 700 projects in California, Hawaii, Oregon and <br /> Ft the Caribbean. Prior to 1977, Mr. Ballanti was an air pollution meteorologist and project <br /> manager at Environmental Impact Planning Corporation. <br /> i <br /> F Areas of expertise include meteorological and aerometric monitoring and data analysis, air <br /> quality modeling on the local and regional scale, mobile and stationary source estimation <br /> and impact evaluation, and the analysis of local, regional, indirect and direct impacts of <br /> h projects on ambient air quality, human health, plants and materials. Mr. Ballanti has <br /> directed meteorological and aerometric field programs. He has extensive experience in the <br /> Farea.of air pollution simulation models for prediction of local and regional air quality. <br /> Mr. Ballanti has undertaken air quality planning and impact analyses on several scales, <br /> F1ranging from transportation projects, office and industrial parks, residential developments <br /> and shopping centers to city or county general plans and specific plans.
