The principals of the company bring a <br /> combined 25 years of experience in acoustical consulting and noise control engineering, and are both <br /> F recognized members of the Institute of Noise Control Engineering. Bollard & Brennan, Inc. is dedicated <br /> to providing high quality consulting services, while maintaining personal client relationships. <br /> Bollard & Brennan, Inc. conducts studies in the fields of transportation noise (roadway traffic, aircraft and <br /> F1 railroad), industrial noise control, ambient noise surveys, architectural and building acoustics, <br /> environmental impacts reports (EIR's) and environmental impact statements (EIS's), expert legal <br /> I testimony, staff training, and General.Plan Noise Element and Noise Ordinance updates. <br /> _t <br /> Bollard & Brennan, Inc has experience preparing numerous environmental noise analyses for aggregate <br /> mining and processing facilities over the years, including the Teichert Vernalis project on the west side of <br /> Interstate 5. <br /> Bollard & Brennan, Inc. has state-of-the-art sound level measurement and vibration measurement <br /> equipment and software. We also have digital audio tape recorders, and octave and narrow band <br /> - frequency analysis instrumentation and software.
