COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS FOR QX-94-1 <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. The excavation plan shall be prepared by a Registered Civil ' <br /> Engineer and include the following: <br /> a. Detail of Access Road (First 100 feet from Bird Road <br /> shall be paved) . 'f <br /> b. Final grading plan-drainage provision. 11 <br /> H <br /> C. Boundaries and quantities of excavation and direction of <br /> excavation for each phase. <br /> i� <br /> d. Stockpile area for top soil. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-854. 3 and 9-1415 . 2) <br /> 2 . Loads on Bird Road shall be restricted to legal loads only. <br /> (Streets and Highway Title Section 10-2350) <br /> 3 . A video tape of road conditions on Bird Road, along haul route <br /> is required prior to the start of excavation. ,,The condition <br /> of Bird Road, shall be reviewed with the Department of Public <br /> Works prior to the start of excavation and every five years <br /> thereafter. (Development Title Section .9-1415:2) <br /> 4 . A bond or cash deposit in the amount acceptable to the <br /> Department of Public Works shall be filed with the Department <br /> with a guarantee that, if the Permittee fails; refuses, or <br /> neglects to repair, under permit, any damages to Bird Road, <br /> which may result from Permittee's operations, the Department <br /> of Public Works may do the work necessary to restore those <br /> roads and bridge equal to, or better than, ;' its original <br /> condition, using the funds from said bond or cash deposit, <br /> subject to review and adjustment for inflation every five (5) <br /> years. (Development Title Section 9-854 . 3) .i <br /> 5. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at 1, the time of <br /> building permit application. The fee currently is $175 . 62 per <br /> daily trip-end in the Tracy area. The fee shall be <br /> automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News <br /> Record.
