9 <br /> (10) Fire department emergency access roads shall be maintained and shall be no <br /> smaller than 20 feet wide and have a clearance no less than 15 feet, 6 inches, in <br /> height. The access road shall be posted with a 'No Parking Fire Lane' sign. <br /> (11) All ramps used as exits shall be maintained in accordance with the Uniform <br /> Building Code. <br /> d. An approved fire suppression system, consisting of a commercial hood and duct, shall <br /> be provided in the kitchen (Uniform Fire Code Article 10, Section 10.513, N.F.P.A. <br /> Standard 17,Dry Chemical Extinguishing Systems, and Uniform Mechanical Code). Afire <br /> permit shall be required for the hood and duct fire extinguishing system (UFC Article 10). <br /> e. The existing structure exceeds the allowable floor area permitted by the Uniform Fire <br /> Code and Uniform Building Code for an A-2.1 occupancy. This building shall be provided <br /> with an approved automatic sprinkler system with an approved water system that will <br /> supply the approved fire flow required by 91 UFC Appendix III-A. The automatic sprinkler <br /> system shall also meet all the requirements of 91 UFC Article 10, Division 4, Section <br /> 10.401; 91 UFC Article 10, Division 5, Section 10.506; 91 UBC; and N.F.P.A. Standards <br /> 13, 14, 22, and 24. In lieu of sprinklers, the French Camp Fire District and the Building <br /> Inspection Division may approve an alternative that meets applicable Uniform Building and <br /> Fire Codes. <br /> i f. All fire extinguishers shall comply with 91 UFC Article 10, Division 5, Section 10.505, and <br /> F <br /> N.F.P.A. lo. <br /> g. All required plans and building permit applications shall be submitted within 60 days of <br /> the application's effective date, and all Fire Code related improvements shall be <br /> completed within six months of the application's effective date. <br /> 6. RECLAMATION BOARD: <br /> a. A Reclamation Board permit shall be required prior to the start of any work within the San <br /> Joaquin River project floodway and levees and within 10 feet landward of the landside <br /> levee toes, as required by Section 8710 of the California Water Code. <br /> NOTE: On May 6, 1993, the San Joaquin County Planning Commission approved UP-92-31 subject to <br /> the Conditions of Approval listed above. <br /> Conditions of Approval - 6 - UP-92-31 <br />
