UP-92-31 OF JIM SILVERIA & <br /> CLINTON MARSHALL (C/O MIRE HAREEM) <br /> --------------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> The request is for a Use Permit application to make a change. in the <br /> use of an historical structure. The structure is the chicory mill, <br /> now known as the Rivermill, located 500 feet south of Bowman Road <br /> on a private right-of-way and on the east side of the San Joaquin <br /> River, west - of French Camp. The change in use is from vinegar <br /> bottling and warehousing to a full-service eating establishment <br /> with community assembly. The facility also contains an existing <br /> winery and tasting room. <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed the above-referenced <br /> application, but not developed a recommendation for• the Planning <br /> Commission. A , recommendation will be developed after review of <br /> the revised Site Plan and additional deeds that are scheduled to be <br /> submitted . by Wednesday, March 24 , 1993 . - Failure to submit the <br /> f requested . documents by that deadline or the identification of <br /> f further issues to be resolved may result in the rescheduling of <br /> this application from the tentative hearing date of April 15, 1993 . <br /> The following.. list of Conditions does not constitute a staff <br /> recommendationof approval, -but rather an outline for discussion at <br /> the Development Committee meeting for this application on March 24 , <br /> i <br /> 1993 . <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all the Conditions of Approval shall be <br /> fulfilled prior to the issuance of any building permits and prior <br /> to the initiation of the use. <br /> This approval will expire eighteen (18) months from the effective <br /> date of the approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have <br /> 4 been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been, <br /> l <br /> t <br />
