This approval shall be for the establishment of a full-service <br /> easing establishment with community assembly in a 7 , 545-square <br /> foot portion of the ground floor in an existing historical <br /> structure. <br /> (NOTE: square footage of the proposed use to be verified by <br /> the applicant) <br /> 2 . An Improvement Plan prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer, <br /> showing drainage, driveway access details, on and off-site <br /> parking, existing and proposed utility services, and grading, <br /> shall be submitted for approval. All additional storm water <br /> run-off generated by the construction of improvements shall be <br /> retained on the parcel on which those improvements are <br /> located. Drainage patterns and corresponding storm drainage <br /> improvements shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. Pond <br /> capacity calculations shall be submitted for approval. Any <br /> storm pond deeper than eighteen (18) inches shall be <br /> surrounded by a six (6) foot high chain link fence. Fence <br /> details shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. A Plan Check <br /> fee shall be required. (Development Title Section 9-884) <br /> 3 . The applicant shall secure an approved Business License prior <br /> to (Section 7-1.000 of the County Ordinance Code) <br /> (NOTE: date to be determined) <br /> 4 . A minimum of seventy-nine (79) automobile parking spaces and <br /> one (1) truck parking and loading space shall be provided for <br /> the approved use. The size and location of the parking spaces <br /> shall be consistent with the requirements of Chapter 9-1015 of <br /> the Development Title. The spaces shall be installed prior to <br /> and shall be permanently paved with concrete or <br /> asphalt concrete and be delineated. Bumper guards shall be <br /> provided where necessary to protect structures or properties. <br /> There shall be no truck or automobile parking associated with <br />
