The number and location of handicapped parking spaces shall be <br /> consistent with Section 9-1015. 10 of the Development Title. <br /> 6. The minimum dimensions for parking aisles (the space required <br /> for maneuvering vehicles within a parking lot) shall be as set ' <br /> forth in Figure 9-1015. 5 of the Development Title. The aisle <br /> on the 'west side of the private right-of-way shall be posted i <br /> for one-way only traffic. A rack or other secure device for the purpose of staring and <br /> protecting bicycles from theft shall be installed. Such <br /> devices shall be provided with a minimum capacity of one <br /> bicycle per twenty (20) required parking spaces and shall be L <br /> located so as not to interfere with pedestrian or vehicular <br /> traffic. (Development Title Section 9-1.015. 7) <br /> 8. Any proposed parking lot lighting shall be designed to confine <br /> direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the property <br /> line shall be permitted, except onto public thoroughfares, <br /> provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to <br /> motorists. A six (6) foot high, solid wooden fence shall be constructed <br /> adjacent to the parking areas on the north and south sides of <br /> the project site. A minimum five (5) foot wide planting strip <br /> shall be installed between those fences and the parking areas. <br /> A minimum ten (10) foot wide planting strip shall be required <br /> across the property frontage on the private right-of-way, <br />
