3. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT(Contact Staff: Michael F. Escotto, (209] 468-3443) <br /> a) Submit to the Environmental Health Department revised site plans showing that the leach field <br /> area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This <br /> leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any <br /> underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal <br /> replacement area. <br /> b) Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by The Environmental <br /> Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3 and 9-1115.6). <br /> c) If hazardous material(s) is stored on site, applicant must register with San Joaquin County Office <br /> of Emergency Services. <br /> d) If any quantity of hazardous waste is generated, a hazardous waste generator permit must be <br /> obtained from the EHD. The applicant must also obtain an EPA Identification Number, and <br /> comply with all applicable regulations. <br /> 4. SAN JOAQUIN COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS (Contact Staff: Kimberly Juarez, [209] 235-0600) <br /> a) This project is subject to the San Joaquin County Multi-Species Habitat Conservation and Open <br /> Space Plan (SJMSCP) and is located within the unmapped land use area. Per requirements of the <br /> SJMSCP, unmapped projects are subject to case-by-case review. This can be a 90-day process <br /> and it is recommended that the project applicant contact SJMSCP staff as early as possible. <br />
