INTRODUCTION & PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT SECTION <br /> The land included in this study is located in Section 36, T 4 N R 7 E, MDB & M and <br /> approximately 1 mile from the town of Lockeford. The Surveyors map, included, shows the <br /> proposed parcel split. Parcel 1 contains 13.9 acres and the Remainder contains 11.2 acres. Parcel <br /> 1 contains a sand and gravel type operation with a rock crusher on site. The Remainder is vacant. <br /> No specific plans are available for the remainder. A scale house is present for weighing exported <br /> material. The land is zoned I-G or I-L. <br /> PAST, PRESENT, PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THE SITE <br /> The site has a history of ponds which contained Industrial Waste. A Winery <br /> complex existed to the north of the site on Locke Road. The area to the west is <br /> developed for industrial/manufacturing operations. The property was acquired in <br /> 2000 by D. H. Winn. The present use is as stated above. No immediate <br /> development of the Remainder is planned. <br /> IDENTIFICATION OF PAST/CURRENT SOURCES <br /> OF CONTAMINATION <br /> The following sources were used to research and investigate the potential or known <br /> above and below ground contamination at the site or within the study area: <br /> 1.
