The Surveyors map shows the layout of Parcel 1 The EDR documents contain aerial <br /> photographs for the years 1957, 1974, 1984, 1993 & 1998 and Topographic maps <br /> for the years 1939,1963, 1968, 1979 & 1993. The Industrial Waste Ponds exist for <br /> certain years as indicated on the 1968, 1979 and 1993 topographic maps. They do <br /> not currently exist on the Winn property. <br /> The EDR report states: <br /> 1. The target property was identified in the following records: AST Database, page <br /> 7. <br /> 2. No mapped sites were found in EDR's search of available ("reasonably <br /> ascertainable") government records either on the target property or within the search <br /> radius around the target property for the listed databases. <br /> The Executive Summary states on page 5, three sites and shows case closed for all <br /> three.(12101 Brandt Rd., 12418 & 12470 Locke Rd. <br /> There is one AST listed at 12505 E. Brandt Road. (Winn Site). <br /> The EHD, SJC list "Underground Storage Tank List" updated in 2009 shows case <br /> closed for the following sites: <br /> 12418 E. Locke Road, Cal Cedar Products <br /> 12470 E. Locke Road, Old Lockeford Winery <br /> The List dated 2004 shows one listing: <br /> 12101 E. Brandt Road, CECO Building Division also case closed. <br /> The field review was completed on 9/21/09. There is one pond southerly from the <br /> winery complex that is approximately 20' deep. The basin was dry when observed. <br /> There are 12 tasting rooms in the winery complex on Locke Road. One of the <br /> vendors stated the site is in some type of bankruptcy. <br /> 2. <br />
