The EHD records at the CDD show warehouse wine storage as one activity at the
complex. Based on a brief discussion with a vendor the wine making activity ceased
at the complex several years ago.
Also listed by EDR is one Envirostor (sites which may be contaminated) location.
The site is approximately 1 mile from the subject property under study. It is listed on
page 5 of the Executive Summary. (Former Lockeford Elementary School Site)
There is one RCRA-SQG (Small quantity HazMat generator) located at 12101 E.
Brandt Road. A company named Wastequip is located at 11900 E. There is no third party involved in the process. The log and test
results are included. The results are: Nitrate 2.9 mg/1 and DBCP <0.01 ug/l. The
sample meets current California Primary Drinking Water Standards for NO3/DBCP.
The map Lines of Equal Depth to Water, Spring 1999 shows approximately 100' to
static water.
EVALUATION OF PAST AND CURRENT SOURCES OF
CONTAMINATION IDENTIFIED AT OR NEAR THE SITE AND
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR FURTHER ACTION
The existing records list/show some of the known environmental conditions as far
back as 40 odd years. The chemicals that were contained in the industrial waste
ponds are unknown. There is no residential development planned on the parcel, in
this industrial and or manufacturing area. The 1968 Topographic Map shows a
rather extensive use of the land dedicated to industrial waste.
