Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s)under permit and inspection by the i <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9- <br /> 1110.4). <br /> E. If floor drains are required,they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and' <br /> discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health Department. <br /> A registered engineer must design this system. The material collected in the above ground <br /> holding system must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to disposal. Specific test <br /> requirements may be obtained from the Environmental Health Department. A $186.00 plan <br /> check fee is required at the time of submittal. <br /> F. If hazardous material is stored on site, applicant must register with County Office of <br /> Emergency Services. <br /> G. If hazardous waste is generated, applicant must obtain. an EPA identification number and <br /> comply with applicable regulations. <br /> H. Submission of four(4) sets of detailed underground storage tank plans to the Environmental <br /> Health Department for review and approval prior to beginning construction. <br />
