The Departrpent has the following comments: <br /> The Department concurs with the findings of the Initial Study Section 9. a. <br /> Transponation/Circulation to condition the applicant/developer to pay for the fair share <br /> cost to signalize Brandt Road and SR-12188 intersection prior to release of the building <br /> permit.
