PA-1800204 OF FORD <br /> CONSTRUCTION COMPANY (C/O NICK JONES) (APN: 051-320-10) <br /> (ADDRESS: 12505 E. BRANDT ROAD, LOCKEFORD) <br /> This project is a Site Approval pre-application for a truck parking facility for a maximum <br /> of ten (10) trucks and twenty (20) trailers. This application includes a materials and <br /> equipment storage yard and the construction of a 320 square foot office (Use Types: <br /> Truck Sales and Services— Parking, Construction Services— Light). <br /> The project site is located on the north side of Brandt Road, 600 feet west of North State <br /> Route 12 and State Route 88. <br /> The project has a General Plan designation of Limited Industrial (I/L) and General <br /> Industrial (I/G), and is zoned Limited Industrial (I-L) and General Industrial (1-G). <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed the pre-application and offers <br /> the following comments: <br /> Background <br /> On March 21, 2000, the Community Development Department approved UP-00-0001, a <br /> Use Permit application for a recycling business. Improvements were made and UP-00- <br /> 0001 was finaled on October 11, 2002. <br /> On February 13, 2006, the Community Development Department approved PA- <br /> 0400373, a Site Approval application for a truck and trailer parking business. No <br /> improvements were constructed and PA-0400373 expired on August 25, 2007. <br /> Site Plan <br /> The proposed project site plan depicts a "Material Stockpile and Equipment Laydown <br /> Area," however no additional information is provided. The applicant must submit more <br /> information for analysis. <br /> 1 <br />
